A small footprint requires an intelligent checkweigher solution and optimal product handling. At the same time, the higher requirements for the quality of weight determination and process stability must be met at all times under these particular conditions. In this application solution, products are taken over directly and in a layer-stable manner from the upstream machine with a "top-bottom belt." They are then immediately transferred to the weighing belt. The Electro-Magnetic Force-Compensated weigh cell determines the exact weight in milliseconds. The PC-based control decides on the ejection of over- or underweight packages. This ensures that only correctly weighted products are automated forwarded to the next process step. At the same time, the checkweigher creates a comprehensive statistic with all relevant data you want to know.
